One foot in front of the other.

Well, I've moved to Oregon.

It has been a huge ordeal, but I'm excited to be out here. Following my instincts and taking risks. This was the next big, inevitable step in my life.

The idea of being near the ocean has always appealed to me, but maybe even more than that I needed to feel like I was taking real action to put myself and my artwork out there.. and Portland just felt right. I don't know if it's intuition or just wishful thinking, but I've already had several very affirming moments over the course of the move that suggest I am heading in the right direction.

Still looking for some illustration or concept work, though, so keep your fingers crossed for me. Or, if you're reading this and are in talent acquisition, you could just hire me! That would be great! :D

Anyway, here is a newer personal project I'm working on. A tribute to my dearly missed 1979 CB750F that was grudgingly sold so I could afford the move out here.

Keep swimming.
